We practice rolling admission, which means we review applications as they are received. We have a priority deadline of February 15th. After this date, we cannot guarantee your major will be open. If you are applying after February 15th, check with Admissions for space availability

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding Wentworth Admissions:
What is the application process to apply to Wentworth?
Students may submit either the Common Application, Wentworth Application, or Universal Application; an official high school transcript; official SAT or ACT scores; and at least one letter of recommendation.

What is the average GPA for admission?
The average GPA of accepted students is 3.2 on an unweighted 4.0 scale.
What are the SAT/ACT scores required for admission?
We accept SAT or ACT scores. Fall 2018 mid-range SAT and ACT scores for admitted students:
- Evidence-Based Reading Writing – 540-650
- Math – 560-680
- ACT Composite: 24-30
We do not require the writing section of the SAT or ACT.
Do I have to indicate a major on my application? What if I’m not sure?
All students must declare a major at the time of application. If you are not sure, please indicate the major you are most interested in or contact your admissions counselor if you have any questions or concerns.
What are your most popular majors?
The majors that receive the most applications are Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Architecture, and Construction Management. Other majors are also popular. Please visit our academic majors page for a list of all our undergraduate majors.
Are interviews required?
No, interviews are not required and are not used in the evaluation process but your admissions counselor would be happy to meet with you to answer any questions.
