The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) empowers educators to grow in their teaching practice and improve student learning outcomes. At ATLAS, we provide individualized assistance to faculty in different stages of SoTL research and develop resources to promote SoTL across campus.

Whether you are just getting started or looking for a thought-partner in ongoing work, please reach out to the ATLAS Center (teach@wit.edu) to discuss ideas about engaging in SoTL.
The Schumann Library offers research consultations where research librarians can help faculty to identify relevant SoTL publications and conferences.
ATLAS would also love to learn more about your interests and expertise so we can become more effective partners by developing our SoTL resources and offerings for faculty.

Scholars from 10 disciplines describe the evolution of a discourse about teaching and learning, the ways in which their discipline’s style of discourse influences inquiry into teaching and learning, and the nature and role of intellectual exchange across disciplines around such inquiry.
