Demolition of the dormant chimney atop Kingman Hall

A fixture on the Wentworth skyline is coming down. Demolition of the dormant chimney atop Kingman Hall—built in 1945—began in September, when crews started the meticulous process of dismantling it. Removal of the chimney, which had not been in use for nearly a decade, is taking place in conjunction with a physical plant upgrade in the adjacent West Lot.
