iClicker announced today that they will retire the service and support of the iClicker 6 instructor software in December 2018.

If you are currently using iClicker 6, we recommend you download iClicker Classic (formerly iClicker 7).

Please note that after the official retirement of iClicker 6,  iClicker will no longer provide technical support for the iClicker 6 software. Technical issues that occur in iClicker 6 after its retirement, such as LMS or operating system incompatibility, will no longer be resolved by the iClicker team.

However, you will continue to receive updates and support when you switch to iClicker Classic.  Switching to iClicker Classic will provide access to a more robust student response software that includes:

• A more streamlined and stable user interface
• Faster performance
• The ability to export reports into Excel
• Enhanced LMS integration
• Support for more operating systems, like MacOS Sierra

Throughout the rest of 2018, LIT will reach out with information and individual training opportunities to help support you as you transition from iClicker 6 to iClicker Classic.
