You may have noticed a new tab on the side of your Blackboard screen:
In addition to the 24/7 phone/email support and the DTS HelpDesk we now have an additional support resource for Blackboard. When you log in to Blackboard you’ll see a blue tab on the right side of the screen. The number on the tab indicates the number of help items available for the context. Click on the tab to see context-specific help topics from the Blackboard help center.
As we move forward with this new tool we’ll be adding Wentworth specific help items that are tied to tools and resources in Blackboard that are specific to our Blackboard system.
