LIT is pleased to welcome Don Tracia, Instructional Designer, to the team! Don is an energetic and experienced instructional designer and training specialist focused on developing creative solutions that support and empower passionate, curious learners in face to face, hybrid and online environments. Don earned a Masters of Education in Instructional Psychology & Technology from the University of Oklahoma, a BS in Visual Communications Technology from Bowling Green State Univ., and Professional Certificates in Digital Audio and Video Production. His experience in designing and developing pedagogically sound courses and technology-enhanced materials is extensive including: Harvard University T.H.Chan School of Public Health, Boston University, Bunker Hill Community College, Curry College, Miami-Dade College, University of Maine, Mississippi State, University of Kansas, and Blackboard Inc.  Don shares the Annex Central 205 office with Lynn Cooke and Ron Frattura, stop by and say hello!
