Technology Tools & Tips:

  • Getting TLC from TLC – Tips to get the best support for course copies/merges (8/30 deadline), help requests, and consults.
  • Register for Perusall Trainings – Webinars for instructors who are new to or considering using Perusall to encourage students to engage with each other and course material in social reading.

Teaching Strategies & Pedagogy:

  • Guilt-Free Book Club – Come read with us! (Or don’t; we’re guilt-free.) This fall, the Guilt-Free Book Club is partnering with Wentworth’s Equity in Learning group to read and discuss What Inclusive Instructors Do (Addy et al., 2021). Please download the flyer and use the registration links to sign up. All sessions are virtual and open to all faculty and staff within the Colleges of the Fenway (COF) community.
  • CoLab Podcast Episode 5 – Josh Luckens interviews Professor Susan Blum, the editor of “Ungrading: Why Rating Students Undermines Learning (and What to Do Instead).” Dr. Blum shares how she uses ungrading principles to reinvigorate her teaching practice and empower her students to be lifelong learners.
