Blackboard Upgrade Testing

Testing continues on our Blackboard upgrade candidates. It’s beginning to look like the Spring 2017 release is stable and fixes some persistent bugs that occurred in the upgrade in December. Of note, student submission receipts are part of the new version and provide much needed proof of submission success for our students.
