New Year. New You?

According to last week’s #WITwants2know, 53% of our respondents have set a health and wellness related goal for themselves for this year.  One fun way to keep and reach that goal is to find a friend who can support you along the way. Knowing that you have the ongoing support and someone to celebrate your success is important.  Think about who in your life could be your “coach.”

 

And, of course, don’t forget about resources that may be on campus:

Schumann Fitness Center – individual work outs or group fitness classes

Center for Wellness and Disability Services – mental health counseling, nutrition, sexual health, stress, healthy relationships

Health Services – ongoing medical treatment

The Learning Center – time management and organizational skills
