Students participate in a variety of professional activities throughout the career at Wentworth, including presentations, interviews, networking events, etc… For these events, professional attire is expected. For some students, they may not have easy access to professional clothes. Perhaps they didn’t bring their suit to school with them when they moved in, or some students may not have the financial means to purchase a new suit or other professional attire.
Last year, WITwear opened! And according to our most recent #WITwants2know question, 48% already know about WITwear, which is located on the ground floor of Tudbury Hall, outside the auditorium. Open at various times throughout the week, students can borrow professional attire – full suits, pants, shirts, dresses, shoes, ties, belts, and bags. All of the items have been donated by faculty, staff, other students, and alumni. The WITwear closet is full!
