What Is Qwickly?
Qwickly is a productivity integration for Brightspace that allows users to set course availability, post announcements to multiple classes, send emails, and post content to multiple courses at once.
Why Use Qwickly?
- Course Availability: Adjust course availability fast and efficiently.
- Post Announcement: Post announcements to multiple courses and organizations.
- Send Email: Send emails to multiple courses and organizations.
- Post Content: Post documents or links to cloud storage areas in courses and organizations.
- Post Link: Post a URL to courses and organizations.
- Create Assignment: Create cloud assignments in courses and organizations.
- Items Need Grading: This displays the number of items submitted but not yet graded.
Qwickly Attendance
An attendance platform that lets you update grading automatically, create custom statuses beyond present and absent, and notify students when they are marked absent.
Qwickly Course Tools
Post announcements, distribute content, and create discussion topics for multiple courses simultaneously in a single hub, saving instructor time and frustration.
Getting Started
Qwickly is already integrated in Brightspace. Simply add it from a module by selecting “Existing Activities” > “External Learning Tools” > Qwickly Attendance or Qwickly Course Tools
