Panorama Accessibility Checker
Make your course content more accessible with Panorama (replaced Ally). Panorama integrates with Brightspace and checks for accessibility standards.
Panorama provides students with accessible alternative formats such as audio and electronic braille.
Panorama delivers guidance to instructors to improve the accessibility of their course content.
Universal Design For Learning (UDL)
Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework aimed at improving and optimizing teaching and learning based on scientific insights into how humans learn best.
The UDL framework guides the design of learning environments that are accessible and challenging for all. UDL’s objective is to support students to become “expert learners” who are, each in their own way, purposeful and motivated, resourceful and knowledgeable, strategic and goal driven.

Closed Captioning
We use Verbit to add closed-captioning to instructor-made videos. Videos in Panopto automatically generate speech to text and captions can be requested.
Supporting Student Success
We collaborate with units across Wentworth to put deliver workshops about accessibility, check out recorded workshops.
